Hot Yoga 26+2 posture clinics

Deeper Dive sessions, to unpick and explore the postures and breathing exercises of the Hot Yoga 26+2 series.
With each session focused on a particular group of asanas and/or part of the body, participants will be able to develop and hone their technique and understanding.
All levels welcome. The sessions will allow participants to get to know the sequence better. Newbies to the series can learn the recipe for the practice, while the well seasoned practitioner can find some extra spice. A great way to find the detail, ask questions, and get to know each pose and the whole sequence better.
Each session will also include a full format 90 minute practice. Each posture and breathing exercise, practiced twice. Repetition equals instant improvement. Therapeutically, your body will love the head to toe soak and squeeze for every joint and organ, the stretch and strengthen for every bone and muscle.
